Bali + Singapore Long Stay: Rates are per person based on a double occupancy. Package including the international flights is based on a group departure with allotment on Air Canada. Do not include: Seat selection – Meals other than breakfasts – Beverages – Travel insurances – Gratuities to drivers, guides, tour leaders – Optional excursions – Visas (if required) to visit the countries - Local city tax (if applicable), varies from city to city, to be paid directly to the hotel in destination - All other items not mentioned in the inclusions. BOOKING CONDITIONS: Non-refundable deposit of $ 1500 per person due at the moment of reservation. Non-refundable final payment due on August 3rd, 2026. Early Booking Bonus of $100 per person included if booked by May 8th, 2026. This long stay will only be confirmed once we have reached a minimum of 10 passengers. If the minimum is not reached by May 8th, 2026, all deposits will be reimbursed. For participants choosing the land only portion, please wait until the group is confirmed before purchasing your flight tickets.

Italy Long Stay: Rates are per person in double occupancy including the international flights from our group allotment, departing from Calgary with Air Canada. The early booking discount promo of $100 per person is included in the rate for all bookings made until May 29th, 2026. Note, if we reach 25 participants, we will add an assistant host to accompany the group. Do not include: Lunches, dinners, beverages (water, coffee at night, tea, soda, etc.) • Gratuities to drivers, guides, tour leaders and local representatives • Optional excursions • Travel insurance • The Italy touristic tax, payable at the hotel’s front desk (approx. 3€ to 7€ per person, per night – approx. 95€ for the stay) • Seat selection in advance • All other item not mentioned under the inclusions. BOOKING CONDITIONS: A non-refundable deposit of $1500 per person due at time of reservation. Final payment due 50 days prior to departure.

Portugal Long Stay: The starting rates shown are based on a double occupancy including international flights on our group allotment. NOT INCLUDED: Meals • Travel insurance • Gratuities to drivers, guides, tour leaders • Optional excursions • City tax (payable on site) • Seat selection in advance (only possible directly at the airport on the day of departure, or by registering online 24 hours prior the departure) • All other items not mentioned under inclusions. Booking conditions: Non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person at the time of booking. Final non-refundable payment 50 days before departure.
